San Francisco Sidecar
2 oz cognac1 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
1 oz lemon juice
soda water
I love a good Sidecar, but the other night I was feeling like something a little more refreshing, this really hit the spot on a hot Tennessee night... it made me feel just cool enough that I could have been in San Fransisco... so that's what I called it.Pour the Cognac, Cointreau and lemon juice over ice in a highball and top off with soda. Garnish with lemon.
